Sikh Treats are thrilled to announce the launch of another product aimed at Sikh Children, with Vaheguru’s blessings this is the fourth year we have been able to build up your child’s excitement and connect them to Gurpurab!
A bespoke, A4 sized Gurpurab Chocolate Advent Calendar for Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s Gurpurb- 30th November 2020.
Each door opened by the child will reveal a small message encouraging mindfulness by relying on the teachings of Guru Nanak Dev Ji followed by a chocolate treat. Children will be encouraged to put these teachings into practice within their daily life and in turn be rewarded by the chocolate treat revealed beneath the door, opened each respective day. Kindly note that there are 25 doors to this calendar and the first day commences 1st November which entails a countdown to Gupurab followed by additional days so that children can celebrate Gurpurab all month.
In addition to the 25 doors of positive messages we have also included a word search at the back with an independent activity. What a wonderful and distinctive way to teach the coming generation the importance of Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s birth!
